Bit better today. Feeling able to chat.
Still overwhelmed though, but i cant put my finger on what’s overwhelming me or how exactly i feel. Mostly i just kind of feel numb to what i feel and what’s happening but my head is spinning and i’m dissociating a lot.
I wish i could articulate what i feel and think properly but i cant :( i panic and i stop being able to form words and proper thoughts because my mind is so busy… :( bleh
